- Any one-off revenue spikes explained

- Analytics access or verified traffic reports
- Traffic sources: how much is organic vs. paid vs. referral?
- Keyword rankings that drive the most revenue
- Email list size and engagement
Operations
- Hours per week the owner actually spends
- Tools and subscriptions required (and their costs)
- Supplier or freelancer dependencies
- Documented processes / SOPs
The transfer
- Exactly which assets are included in the sale
- Domain, hosting and account transfer plan
- Post-sale support period agreed in writing
- Escrow only — never pay outside the platform
